It is also possible to combine conventional building methods (e.g. concrete columns, concrete shear walls, concrete lift core, etc) with prefab modules.
This way you can provide open spaces on the ground floor as car park, convenience store, etc or have a free choice in the design of the inner layout for lobby, reception area, etc.
We can erect large camps to provide shelter for large amount of staff (e.g. mining camp, oil & gas village, etc).
For these camps, regulation compliant units and common ablution units are used.
By adding external façade cladding, the designer can create a housing block with varying look and feel.
Prefab housing units can be used for creating bungalows and even a do-ityourself package to build your own home or villa.
